Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on UnfoldSEO or installing the Unfold AI SEO Shopify app, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

UnfoldSEO is a white-label SEO reporting and analytics platform for digital agencies and freelancers. The platform integrates with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Google Business Profile, and Shopify to provide automated reporting, SEO auditing, and e-commerce tracking.

3. Accounts & Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected during signup.
• Payments are processed through Razorpay (India) or Stripe (international). We do not store your payment card details.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice via email.

5. Shopify App Terms

• The Unfold AI SEO Shopify app requests read-only access to store data (products, orders, analytics, themes, content).
• We do not modify, create, or delete any data in your Shopify store.
• You may uninstall the app at any time from your Shopify admin. All stored data for your store will be deleted within 48 hours of uninstall.
• Our use of Shopify data complies with the Shopify App Store requirements.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, other accounts, or connected systems.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the platform beyond provided APIs.
• Resell or redistribute access to the platform without written permission.

7. Data & Integrations

• You are responsible for ensuring you have proper authorization to connect third-party accounts (Google, Shopify) to our platform.
• We access third-party data solely to provide the service and do not use it for any other purpose.
• Data accuracy depends on the third-party APIs. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in data provided by Google or Shopify.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and trademarks on UnfoldSEO are owned by UnfoldCRO. You retain ownership of any data you upload or generate through the platform. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your business purposes during your active subscription.

9. White-Label Usage

Paid plans include white-label features (custom branding, client portals). You may present reports and dashboards to your clients under your own brand. You may not claim ownership of the underlying UnfoldSEO platform technology.

10. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Shopify, Google, payment processors) or force majeure events.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnfoldCRO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time from account settings or by contacting support.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practical.
• Upon termination, your access ceases and we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
